PetSafe Wireless Instant Fence Pet Containment System Instant Fence is a simple, but effective containment system. A centrally located transmitter sends an adjustable radio signal up to a 90 ft. radius (over 1/2 an acre) to a small, lightweight receiver on your pet's collar. While in the signal area, he's free to run and play. When he gets near the limit of the signal area, a warning beep is emitted from his collar. If he continues, a mild static correction is emitted to encourage him to stay in the safe zone. Your pet cannot run through or escape. With the enclosed temporary boundary flags and a few minutes of daily training, your pet will learn his boundaries in about two weeks.
